Variation of condition 4 (HGV/Vehicle operating hours) on permission 13/P/0725/MMA (Minor material amendment to planning permission 11/P/1579/F, as amended by 12/P/1924/MMA (Proposed replacement of the existing Waste Transfer Station, construction and operation of a new Anaerobic Digestion plant and improvements to the existing Household Waste Recycling Centre, together with ancillary development including new access and egress points on land off Aisecome Way) to allow minor changes to the approved biofilter, re-orientation of the flare and gas plant, amendment to the weighbridge office, alteration to the approved AD building, alteration to fenceline around site) to allow HGVs or vehicles carrying waste to enter or leave the anaerobic digestion site from 05:00 instead of 06:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and public holidays with Sunday hours to remain unchanged; and to allow on-site operational vehicle movements within the anaerobic digestion site from hours of 05:00 instead of 07:00 Mondays to Saturdays and on public holidays, with Sunday hours to remain unchanged
