T1-Oak-Remove the faulted primary scaffold branch to approx 1m(just beyond the decay pocket to reduce the increased spread of decay in the main trunk and still have good habitat within the decayed section. to prevent failure as explained in report. At the same time it would be prudent to cobra brace the adjacent primary scaffold branch (above) to reduce the risk of failure once the lower or adj stem has been significantly shortened.
