Request to discharge condition number 3 (Prior to the commencement of any above ground works a noise assessment that outlines the likely impact on any noise sensitive property, and the measures necessary to ensure that the noise does not affect the local amenity of residents shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
