Modification of S106 agreement dated 2013 relating to Outline planning permission 12/P/0906/F to amend the definition of 'Chargee' to remove reference to successors in title. Amend the mortgagee exemption clause in Deed of Variation dated 2015 to replace it with industry standard wording to ensure that it will be possible to secure a charge against affordable housing units. Amend wording at clause 5.2.7 of Deed of Variation dated 2015 to make sense following the variations sought
