Condition 4 of NK/2025/0116. . Prior to re-slating works a site visit shall be undertaken by the Local Planning Authority to allow inspection of opening-up works of the roof to ensure mitigation and recording of any historic features which may survive within the roof structure. The Local Planning Authority shall be given one week's notice of the roof being ready for inspection and shall carry out a site visit within 2 weeks of this notice
