Addagrip and granite sette removed. 6. Some car parking has been relocated to a grass-crete location. 7. Canopy removed to unit one. 8. All perimeter fencing has been removed to the boundary and internal parts of the site. 9. Parking spaces relocated. 10. EV parking spaces relocated. EV parking chargers relocated to the building facade. 11. Relocation of personnel doors and roller shutter doors. 12. Motorbike spaces repositioned. 13. Path along the south boundary route slightly changed, surface finish changing from MOT to bark chippings. Building: 1. Building units changed from 8 units to 9 units - same as the original planning application. Unit sizes slightly changed. 2. Personnel doors and vertical roller shutter doors repositioned. 3. Some windows to elevations removed. 7. Location of timber cladding added to elevation four. 8. Now two types of cladding, Yorkshire boarding and Cattel Boarding. Tol be included in the materials schedule to be discharged. 9. To now two types of external cladding PIR wall panels. Which have been outlined in the drawings. There is a Trapezoidal panel located behind the timber cladding. 10. Canopy removed from elevation six. 11. Additional external lighting to added to elevations. 12. Increase in eaves and ridge height
