Description

To supply and install 1 x aluminium solar array mounting system to the entire south elevation of the factory roof. Supply and install 255 x 400w mono-crystaline solar panels. To cable as necessary the array with weather resistant and fireproof DC cable and connections. To supply, install and commission a cable tray network and steel mounting matrix to support new inverters. Supply 6 x Class A 25kw DC-AC digital inverter units. To supply networking between the inverters ready for commissioning. To supply DC high voltage IP-rated rotary isolators, both to the roof and also at entry points to the inverters within the factory. To supply 6 x 63A AC rotary isolators to the output of the new inverters. To supply and install 1 x 500A junction facility to the main incomer of the building, mounted to the left hand side of the existing electricity incoming meter. To supply all necessary 180mm super soft double insulated tails; terminal junction blocks, lugs, clamps, fixings etc. To supply, install and commission 1 x 400A main front end 4-pole MCCB isolator unit in readiness for connection to the factory supply. Supply and install the necessary equipotential earth bonding (25mm) to conform the BS7671 to the solar network on the roof, and the inverter matrix on the factory wall. Carry out necessary testing and calibration and commission equipment ready for use. Provide certification as necessary
