Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use of land by fishermen/fisherwomen who fish from Sea Palling Beach and casual boats for fishing and recreation, including but not limited to the storage of vessels and tractors (to facilitate the launching and recovery of the fishing vessels and others), sheds to enable shelter in adverse weather conditions and any other equipment not mentioned but required to enable a reasonable living, in fishing, to be made. Additionally, the use of the area for the preparation of equipment for the purpose of commercial fishing at Sea Palling Beach and security of all associated equipment, including the storage of bait necessary for the preparation of crab / lobster pots and longlines and storage of catch prior to transportation to market within 24 hours of arrival on the site
