Non-material amendment to planning permission PF/21/2230 (Erection of single-storey rear extension) to allow (1) move the bi-folds outwards by 1 metre, to be flush with the front of the extension, (2) window on front elevation to be removed, so only a six panel aluminium bi-fold door set will be on the front elevation, (3) remove the lantern, and adjust the internal walls of the bathroom, so that the shower room is accessed via the existing hall rather than from the new extension space (The footprint of the extension is unchanged)
