Non-material amendment of planning permission RV/24/1763 (Variation of plans and materials of original permission PF/23/1612 (Hybrid application for 47 dwellings (affordable homes) associated infrastructure & outline consent for village open space and car parking)) to allow alteration of the design of the approved development, in the form of the following: (1) Alternative canopy treatments, (2) Amended roof configurations, (3) Panels on gables to be cladded as opposed to aluminium, (4) Stepped housetypes due to topography of existing ground levels, (5) End gables to be cladded as opposed to brick, and (6) Brick returns increased on gables due to structural requirements (relevant to specific plots)
