Non-material amendment of planning permission ref. PF/23/0929 (Retention of garage (retrospective) with external alterations) allowed on appeal ref APP/Y2620/D/23/3330703, to allow (1) cladding below the window on the east elevation is horizontal boarding in keeping with the rest of that elevation rather than the originally proposed vertical boarding, (2) the opening (door) on the north elevation sits proud of the remainder of the elevation, rather than flush, and (3) in the section of the east boundary between the garage and the property to the south, the gate and fence elements of this section of boundary have been swapped around, the gate is wood rather than metal and a small section of hedge has not been planted
