Proposal to repair, maintain or improve are:1. Structural repairs to the complete roof including replacing the Sarking felt2. Damp proofing refresh (it was last done in 1990)3. Repair brickwork and flashing on chimney and other brickwork/repointing4. Replace rotten front & back doors to the property with possibly stable doors but of similar design.9. New kitchen and bathroom.10. Replace front garden picket fence with same design but slightly taller
