Variation of condition 7 (time for decommissioning masts) of planning permission PF/22/2428 (Removal of 9no. 15m telecommunications masts, to be replaced by 1no. 40m mast with antennae attached on concrete pad; erection of single-storey control building and security fence with access gates (Part Retrospective) ; Proposed new Control Building with a footprint of approximately 150 square metres. Both the 40m Mast and the Control Building to be enclosed within a new inner Security Fence) to allow for a 6 month extension to period for decommissioning and removal of the 15m high masts
