Description

I would like to build a timber pergola with a tiled roof. Approximately 6m wide by 3.5m deep. It will be free standing, ie not attached to our Barn or the boundary wall. It is more than 9m away from the Barn and does not overlook any neighbours. It will actually be built behind an existing stable block in the property next door, not attached to it. It would not be visible from the stable block property next door. The nearest neighbour (to the rear) is more than 10m away and already has a privacy screen erected so it would not impinge on their view
