Description

Oak (T1) - Reduce the side of the canopy to the East overhanging number 9. Reduce the lateral branches by approximately 1-1.5 meters and blend round into the untouched parts of the trees crown to keep a natural shape. The trees spread is currently 16 meters. After the reduction to the East side of the canopy it will be no smaller than 14.5 meters. The aim is to remove branches nearest and overhanging the decking area of no 9 to reduce the amount of sap, acorns and bird poo from falling on their property. Some branches are also slightly obscuring a TV/satellite dish.Sycamore (T2) - Reduce the side of the canopy to the North growing towards number 9. Reduce the lateral branches by approximately 1-1.5 meters and blend round into the untouched parts of the trees crown to keep a natural shape . The trees spread is currently 9.8 meters. After the reduction to the North side of the canopy it will be no smaller than 8.3 meters. The aim is to reduce back branches nearest to no 9 to reduce the amount of sap and bird poo from falling on their property and cars.Oak (T3) - Reduce the whole crown by approximately 1.5 meters in height and spread. The tree is currently 12 meters tall and has a spread of 6.7 meters. After the reduction, will be no smaller than 10.5 meters tall and a spread of 5.2 meters. The proposed work is to retain the tree to stop it from out growing its space and over the lodges.Oak (T4) - Pollard the tree down to Unions 6 meters high. Currently 11 meters high with a spread of 9.4 meters. The tree is growing at an angle leaning towards the West. To retain the tree by pollarding it, new growth will hopefully grow more vertical until a re-pollard is due.
