To cut back the branches and saplings overhanging the building, cutting the branches back to the trees main trunk, down to ground level or back to give 1m clearance from the building. Working along two sides of the building totaling approximately 30 linear meters. Arborists are to dismantle and fell the T1 Dead Tree, which is leaning on the building, taking it down to just above ground level.
