Non-material amendment of planning permission PF/22/2547 (External alterations, including insertion of new window in reduced opening on south elevation. Reinstatement of west elevation window and replacement flat roof incorporating flat roof light) to allow following changes (1) The proposal no longer sees the installation of 2no. roof lights to the south elevation. External alterations include external soil vent pipe to south elevation, (2) Internal alterations include the removal of internal partitions and erection of a new partition to create a Master Bedroom with Ensuite instead of Ensuite and 2no. Bedrooms as seen on previous scheme, & (3) The proposals still seek the addition of new flat roof light to kitchen and the reinstatement of window on the west elevation.
