Description

Internal works to decommission bank; To remove all loose furniture within all floors including basement, ground first and second floors and return to Lloyds waste match for reuse within the branch network. Remove internal IDM machine from banking hall. Remove existing 2no. external through the wall ATM machines and replace the existing glazing with new and apply white vinyl (applied internally). All external glazing and windows to be obscured with white vinyl (applied internally). Remove existing internally illuminated fascia and 2No. projecting signs, make good to background substrate and paint white. Seal existing letterbox externally with ply and paint white.
