Description

Parts of the building at ground floor level were affected by water ingress due to flooding. Following strip out works of the modern kitchen wall panels and laminate flooring. It was discovered that the underlying timber floor is rotten and potentially requires removal and reinstatement. The proposal is to retain as much historic fabric as possible and where not possible, to reinstatement matching the materials on a like-for-like basis.
