Discharge of conditions 5 (noise), 7 (on-site construction workers parking), 8 (Construction Traffic Management Plan) & 9 (construction period traffic) of planning permission PF/23/0941 (Remedial works to the existing groynes and seawalls. Construction of rock revetment, scour protection works on a section of cliff and remedial works on access ramp on the western section. Installation of an apron on an existing seawall on the eastern section. (Cromer Phase 2 coastal defence project))
