Discharge of conditions 12 (Woodhill Holiday Park external lighting) & 22 (Woodhill Holiday Park electric Vehicle Charging Provision) of planning permission PF/22/0351 ('Hybrid' planning application (Woodhill Holiday Park element in detail/full, Kelling Heath Holiday Park element in outline with all matters reserved) for the phased relocation of static caravan pitches and associated infrastructure from the cliff erosion zone at Woodhill Holiday Park to: 1. the existing touring pitch areas in the South and East Fields at Woodhill Holiday Park to create 40 new static pitches and associated landscaping and infrastructure (including realigned access, parking and services/utilities); AND 2. the New Road plantation woodland at Kelling Heath Holiday Park to create up to and including 40 new static pitches and associated landscaping and infrastructure (access drives, parking and utilities services/plant); AND 3. the relocation of touring pitches from the cliff erosion zone and displaced touring pitches from the South and East Fields to create 73 new touring pitches in the Western Field at Woodhill Holiday Park; AND 4. the demolition/removal of laundry building, toilet block, internal access roads and other above ground decommissioned infrastructure (subject to health and safety and cliff stability considerations) from the cliff erosion zone at Woodhill Holiday Park)
