Application to determine if prior approval is required for the replacement of the existing 15m Phase 1 monopole with a 20m Phase 4.9 headload monopole, supporting upgraded telecommunications equipment including six proposed TEF antennas mounted on Phase 4.9 headload support poles together with the installation of 15 proposed TEF Remote Radio Units (RRUs) fixed to the monopole structure, the installation of two new 300 mm dish and one new 600 mm dish mounted below the antenna headframe, existing cabinets, fencing, access arrangements and the established compound will be retained, with internal upgrades where required
