Description

EIA screening request for the proposed is change of use of part of former golf course to accommodate a mixed-use development comprising up to 40 short term accommodation units and bunk barn, refurbishment of the existing clubhouse building for use as a café, shop and offices, outdoor leisure facilities including padel courts, a swimming lake, and a community hub including health and wellness facility, and restoration of the walled gardens with associated landscaping and access works (Use Classes C1, E, F2 ).
