T1 Horse Chestnut - lateral reduction on the side of Orchard House. The tree will be reduced to the boundary on the western side up to a height of 12m from the ground to ensure clearance of the property and its garden. The overhanging limbs currently overhang by 3-4m. 3-4m will be removed to suitable growth points. If no suitable 1/3 growth points are apparent, pollard points will be established.
