Description

T1 - Mature Sycamore - Remove the lateral branches back to the boundary line (roughly a 3m reduction) to prevent any limbs snapping or shedding on top of the garage roof. The tree is dying very quickly due to what I believe is the soil level having been changed when the properties were built as there is no evidence of root flaring or buttress from below the main stem.
