Horse Chestnut - Reduce large limb growing out over road back past cavity to last sizeable branch that has been already been reduced in the past. Deep cavity present, soft rot present within the cavity which is support a large over extended limb above a public highway way and powerlines. Removing this limb won't affect the over all canopy, but re-balance the canopy. Removing this limb will take the stress away from this split and remove any risk of failure. Bleeding canker is also present from this split.
