Description

Reference two Lime Trees T11 & T12, as shown on document TPO No' NEL220.This application is to:1). Lift the canopy up to 4.0m approximately by removing secondary and tertiary branches & suckered growth on the garden side.2). Lift the canopy up to 5.0m approximately by removing secondary and tertiary branches & suckered growth on the road side.3). Reduce the canopy spread measured radially from the base of tree from approximately 7.0m to 4.5m on the road side.4). Reduce the canopy spread measured radially from the base of tree from approximately 7.0m to 4.5m on the garden side.Note: there is a ditch on the road side, beyond the boundary of 3 The Drive, which is indicated on the enclosed sketch plan and is a factor in the application for these works to be considered.Reasons for application are encroachment onto highway and shading to 3 The Drive.
