T1 Lime Tree: Located in rear garden of house No.17 tree has been monitored for 2 years as in decline. Within this time, it has become worse with unknown cause. No access for MEWP so would need to be dismantled while still safe to climb. Large amounts of dead wood are breaking off and tenants will not let kids in the garden due to risk of being injured. T2 Oak: Located in the rear garden of house No.16 Tree has been monitored for 2 years as in decline. Within this time, it has become worse with unknown cause. No access for MEWP so would need to be dismantled while still safe to climb. Large amounts of dead wood are breaking off and tenants will not let kids in the garden due to risk of being injured. T3 Horse Chestnut: Pollard leaving it a height of 8m. Twin stem tree with the stem heading towards house having top section dead and also a split running all the way up from the main fork. T4 Pine: Reduce top leader no more than 3m back to secondary growth points. The leader is overextending and will reduce weight from the lean of the tree. T5 Horse Chestnut: Canopy raise over highway only to the height of 5.2m. T6 Lime: Canopy raise over highway only to the height of 5.2m and Deadwood. T7 Sycamore: Fell to ground level. Tree has been monitored for 2 years as in decline. Within this time, it has become worse with unknown cause. Debris falling onto highway and public footpath. T8 Sycamore: Canopy raise over highway only to the height of 5.2m and Deadwood. T9, T10, T11, T12, T13: Lime trees Canopy raise over highway only to the height of 5.2m and Deadwood. G1 Horse Chestnuts: Canopy raise over highway only to the height of 5.2m and Deadwood. G2 Hollys: Remove to ground level. All 3 trees are in decline some being already dead. This will also give more room for the Yew situated next to them space to breath.
