Works proposed to mature Lime tree in neighbouring property: Reduction of horizontal limbs growing over driveway of 3 Welholme Avenue. Horizontal limbs to be reduced by approximately 4m back to suitable secondary growth or back to vertical growth. Remaining canopy shall extend approximately 1.5/2m over driveway of 3 Welholme Avenue, measured from the boundary fence. Also removal of epicormic growth on main stem and light pruning to clear roof of 3 Welholme Avenue by 2m.I have spoke to neighbours and they are fine for us to carry out works
