Chestnut tree on land to rear of 32 Osprey Drive: Reduce the canopy spread to 1 metre south from the base of the tree. Reduce the canopy spread to 1 metre west from the base of the tree. Reduce the canopy spread to 3 metre north from the base of the tree. Reduce the canopy spread to 3 metre east from the base of the tree. Reduce the height of the tree down to 1 metre above the house. Reasons: bird droppings, falling conkers, falling branches and leafs.
