Multi stem conifer over 50 feet high. The tree is at the rear boundary of our garden and 5 Crake Avenue. The application is to reduce the overall height by 50% and canopy spread accordingly. The conifer blocks out natural light and gives excessive shading to garden. The conifer is of low amenity value. When strong winds, conifer sways and has potential for further branches to snap and fall into our garden where we have children which has previously happened.
