very large conifer (possibly 50 ft high);1. we would prefer to completely fell the tree, if this is not possible;2. reduce overall height to 25ft 3. remove foliage in excess of 2.5m from the trunk.Reason for the above; Natural daylight to 14 and 15 Benjamin's Walk greatly reduced. Concern by adjacent neighbours of the excess growth overhangs their garden (east side of tree). Excessive bird droppings due to birds possibly nesting in the tree. Debris from the tree blocking drains and gutter.
