T1 - Sycamore - FellThis tree has recently suffered limb loss causing damage to the roof of the adjacent building. Upon inspection the trees crown does appear to have lower vigour when compared to nearby trees of the same species, possible onset of Crown Die Back. I also found evidence of squirrel damage on some of failed branches. Due to the historical limb loss, its size and its location my advice would be to fell the tree to eliminate any further risks of injury or damage it poses in the event of failure and replant the site with a native broadleaf e.g. OakT2- Elm - FellDead tree
