Non material amendment following application DM/0201/23/FUL for alterations to approved pedestrian access, double gates to be removed and single pedestrian gate installed in alternative position, removal of part of existing fence and replace with new 2.4m high paladin fence. External car park layout amended to incorporate gantry stair and panel enclosure, reposition of cycle shelters and proposed relocation of high voltage GRP. Internal and external alterations to the refrigeration plant room. Provision of a new refrigeration GRP, new refrigeration pipe work gantry, amendments to high level cladding depth and relocation of external fire escape doors at high and low level.
