Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered.2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving.* the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree* the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter* do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want thefence to be compromised as it is being now3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard
