The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back.The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.
