Description

The trees overhanging the lane which are causing an obstruction to my neigbour's route away from his property with his caravan are T163 and T162.These are situated in the hedge boundry that runs along Waithe Lane.There are a few lose branches which have only recently dropped to the height from the road they are currently.The branches from T163 are approximately 5 feet above the road.The branches from T162 are approximately 8 feet above the road.These branches are very few in number (only 2 or 3 max I estimate), are at the very extremity and are very fine/flimsy.
