T1 - Ash Tree - Tree stands at approximately 16 meters tall with a spread of around 10 meters with a large percentage of its crown on the property side of the tree. Due to proximity to a large tree to the rear of the garden the tree has a significant lean. Due to the lean of the stem coupled up with the fungal bodies present we request permission to remove the tree to ground level.
