T1 - Copper Beech: Remove Tree due to significant rot and decay at base. This tree has recently been crown raised under a successful application for works on trees with tree preservation orders, however, following that work it has unfortunately been discovered that this tree is in very poor condition and requires removal due to the proximity of the road (as well as proposed works on the site which have planning consent approved). See health and condition survey for further details on the poor condition of this tree.
