Description

Listed Building application for the downstairs hall, stairs, first floor landing and study (middle front room) to remove the plasterwork to the external walls and replace with Lime plaster. Internal walls and red brick arches apply standard backing coat and lime based skim coat with a plain finish, a clay based paint will be used over the new plasterwork. In the Parlour remove the plasterwork and modern boarded panelling within the window recess of the eastern elevation, replace with lime plaster, the Parlour fireplace, remove the modern red brick fireplace (Listed Building)(Amended Plans)
