Description

Removal and reinstatement of the roof, replacement of the telegraph poles used as A-frame trusses to southern building, waterproofing of the southern gable wall. Internal alterations to allow for sanitaryware to be installed at ground and first floor level. Install two conservation rooflights to roof (with variation of Condition 2 of Listed Building Consent P/LBC/2024/01624 to vary the plans and render the gables and approve details required by Conditions 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9).
