Erect detached house with Garage (variation to condition 2 of planning permission P/FUL/2023/05074 to vary the approved plans. Changes to the elevations as approved and minor changes to the internal floor layouts. - Reducing the roof pitch from 50 to 45 deg but keeping the ridge height as approved by increasing the height of the eaves. - Changing the dormers proposed to lead clad or similar material flat roof dormers.
