Description

Repairs to slate tiled roof and chimney stack to include: 1) Replacement of rotten roof felt with new, replacement of perished battens with new, replacement of damaged and failing existing slates tiles due to failing nails with new Welsh slates to match existing. 2) Retain works carried out to unstable chimney stack repaired and repointed with lime based mortars to match existing, with new Code 5 lead flashings according to LSA guidance.
