Certificate of Lawfulness : The proposal consists of a grain store, to be built within the existing [hard standing] footprint of the former barn [which has been fire damaged & remaining structure safely removed]. Access will remain the same with the work only extending to the building of the grain store and associated concrete apron, which is also to be within the existing hard standing footprint of the former [fire damaged] barn to work as a replacement for the fire damaged barn.
