Description

Sycamore (T1) - Selective prune the crown on the southern (house) side of the crown by 2 - 2.5m. Ash (T2 and T3) - Fell. Horse Chestnut (T4) - Reduce the eastern stem by around 40% (around 12m). Mixed broadleaves (G2) - Crown raise to 4m above ground level. (May have a branch or two from a tree in G1 of TPO). Mixed Broadleaves (G3) - Selective pruning to reduce long lever arm branch growth over the adjacent lane and towards the neighbouring properties by up to 2.5m. (May have a branch or two from a tree in G3 of TPO). Horse Chestnut (G5) - Reduce the height of the heavily leaning south-eastern most tree by 3m. Sycamore (G6) - Selective pruning of lower branches on the western (garage) side of these trees to create a clearance of 2.5m. Following works are being considered under applicaiton P/TRC/2025/05611 as the trees are protected by a Conservation Area: Cypress (G1) - Fell x 5 dead stems from within this linear group. x4 are suppressed and under the larger trees and x1 is at the end of the line of trees. Ash (T6) - Fell. Ash (T7) - Fell. Mixed broadleaves (G2) - Crown raise to 4m above ground level. (May have a branch or two from a tree in G1 of TPO). Sycamore (T11) - Remove long lever arm branch with large decay cavities. Mixed Broadleaves (G3) - Selective pruning to reduce long lever arm branch growth over the adjacent lane and towards the neighbouring properties by up to 2.5m. (May have a branch or two from a tree in G3 of TPO). Elm (G4) - Fell x3 dead/moribund elm trees. Sycamore (T12) - Selective pruning of western (house) side of the crown by 2m. Elder (T13). Fell.
