Description

T1 Oak: Reduce canopy encroachment by 1–2 metres back to the boundary line shared with Coombe Court. T2 Oak (adjacent to Coombe Court): Remove three lowest lateral limbs extending toward Coombe Court. Reduce upper crown branches by 1–2 metres to re-balance the canopy. T3 Willow (on Meadowside land): Reduce canopy back to the boundary fence line with Coombe Court. T4 Scots Pine: Reduce lateral branches over Coombe Court by approximately 1–2 metres. T5 Scots Pine: Reduce lateral spread by approximately 1 metre. T6 Scots Pine (between properties): Fell tree to ground level.
