T1 Oak - Remove all non supporting branches to retain an arch. Group1 Laurel, Sycamore & Silver Birch - Laurel cut back 1-2 m. Sycamore and Birch cut back lateral growth to boundary. Group 2 Laurel & Rhododendron - Trim hard and reduce Laurel back into original hedge line.
