Description

To remove chimney breasts, and rebuild them in engineering bricks to stabilise the building, then to remove all props. Undertake maintenance to the external gable end wall to replace arrears of blown render, to fill cracks and to make gable wall waterproof (but breathable). To re install partitioning to the pre-listing state, once the chimney breast is rebuilt.
