Description

Replace corrugated asbestos and corrugated iron (over asbestos building paper) with natural slates, reroof main slate roof reusing existing slates where possible. Remove rendered asbestos bathroom extension at rear and replace with two-storey lime putty rendered bathroom and shower extension. On front elevation remove cement render and replace with lime putty render, colour as existing decorations. New timber sash windows to rear elevation, lime repointing, installation of helibars above rear windows. Replacement of rainwater goods and painting external rendered elevations.
