Description

Demolish conservatory, erect single storey rear extension with roof light, removal of French doors and blocking up of existing doorway (with recess retained). Render the middle rear addition (with pitched roof), clad the easternmost addition to the rear of the house. Form a small WC within the existing attic space and adaptation of the existing partition to provide access to the newly formed bedroom within the attic room. Install window to north gable end to main dwelling. Move oil tank.
